Grow with Google is a platform designed to teach, empower, and elevate people's work through the use of Google tools. It offers a series of talks, workshops, and certifications that provide practical support, especially in underserved regions of Brazil. To generate awareness and celebrate the impact of the initiative, we created a series of films spotlighting real success stories from participants whose lives were transformed by the program: One of them is about Caique Silva, a self-taught photographer whose journey with the platform led him to become a filmmaker—eventually directing some of our very own campaigns at Google.

The second film tells the inspiring story of a resilient woman who found strength through Krav Maga after surviving domestic violence. Not only did she overcome her trauma, but she also became a master in the discipline—empowering others through her journey.

The third film in our series features Victoria Napolitano, a trailblazing trans woman who thrived in Brazil’s tech scene. Our film captures her journey—from stepping into the tech world through Google’s support, to becoming a respected DEI advocate. It’s a powerful testament to the impact of inclusive training and mentoring, and a bold statement about the potential unleashed when we support underrepresented talent.
